We brought my car in related to it being very loud. It was inspected and we were told that bearings needed to be replaced, needed a new rim, among other things to the tune of $5,000. A rim was quoted at $900. Come on! We took our car to another mechanic, it’s actually a transmission problem. Guess where our transmission was serviced, last?? VW Lakeland. We’ve had the problem since they flushed it. I brought it in to have it looked at, days after that service. They couldn’t find an issue. So…. Not too thrilled with you.
General manager is TRASH and a LIAR. Service department can’t find anything wrong with a vehicle stopping for no apparent reason. I can’t wait to trade this lease in. I will NEVER deal with Volkswagen again
I made an appointment and it took almost 2. 5 hours for the oil change. Not sure why
My new, Certified VW, had to go back to them on three separate occasions. I'm not really happy with the service and my review is probably better off not fully written.

Michelle and Larry were great! I did feel like the manager was very pushy and almost took my business elsewhere. He was trying to push a new purchase on my family and thank goodness for Michelle for saving our business and smoothing things over.
Lack of communication and they called numbers that i repeatedly asked them NOT to call. Unsure how they got phone numbers they were calling as they were never associated to that car or account.

It was unacceptable, my vehicle still isn't fixed, the bright yellow warning light still lit even though they said it would reset after I drove it. They tried to steal the tow eye that I bought from them earlier in the week. The button to my emergency break is missing now and it wasn't when I brought it in, they said they can't help me with it unless I want to spend the money for a completely new handle. A nightmare.
Car was kept for five months from October 16th to February 25th 2024. Issue remains, still throwing code 2015. Picked up car second time and almost left me walking, returned car next day, four days before Christmas. Retrieved car February 25th. Still throwing code.
