Outrageous costs! ! 647 dollars for an oil change, tire rotation and battery. I also don’t think I even got the tire rotation I paid for. Also, that total was with a 10% off coupon!
THE WOST! My car was bought with AC problems we addressed it to them they Mikey Mouse it for this past 2yrs. But not until now after the warranty it over they diagnosed the problem and want us to pay over $1000.00 to be fixed. That on top that I brought it for an oil change and they left the lids opened creating a complete drain on the engine. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE!
There are some Very rude people back there in the service department . I will never go back
a big scam, they charged me almost $200 to inspect the car and told me that the transmission had to be changed and all of that is a lie
Not happy with the price of the new battery. Did not want to provide the price of battery. Then I found out they were quoting $500 to change the battery.

Honestly WILD how bored they must be to make up that much unnecessary work and misspell my name in one day. Never fixed my issues. Blamed my issues on bad gas. Key fob would loose connection while driving down the road. Car would be in drive and the RPMs would red line. Don’t give loaners unless car has to stay a couple days. Ended up getting rid of the car and went to GMC.
Katlyn is good. However, I do not trust the service area of this business and would not buy another Volkswagen product. I found things that wad done to my after I had it checked by another mechanic appears unethical. I have all the paper work of service and after evaluation be very careful it utilizing Lakeland Volkswagen. I ended selling the vehicle to someone that can manage the service outside of Lakeland Volkswagen. Has a worst appointment scheduling experience. Did online schedule from the car infotainment system. Went for appointment and they said online would not know about software update service restrictions. They further said we have to schedule this appointment when there’s loaner vehicle available and receptionist will call me with further instructions.
