The people are very nice, but the mechanics seem to be completely incompetent. Took my car in for a chronic low pressure tire. They returned it the same warning lights still active. A week later started getting the same warning light for a second tire. Took it back to them, they kept it for three days couldn’t find anything and returned it to me. Poor customer service and lack of accountability when they are neglect for not properly handling your vehicle. My vehicle went for service for one thing then engine cover is gone from my vehicle which they allege there was never one there. I advise people to take pictures of their vehicle in case you’ve to prove it later
Went for new tires and new radiator charged 800 dollars so dealership would agree that radiator should b replaced
I had a recurring issue with the vehicle post-maintenance; the service advisor, Ashley, was not very helpful during the phone call. I think I will try WV Brandon (East Tampa).

Embarrassingly bad experience. Service wanted over 3k to replace an alternator (which was NOT tested), a new battery (which was also not needed, battery is new and fine) and various other items BEFORE diagnosing , let alone repairing the real issue. Wildly inappropriate. NO diagnosis on real issue, rather since it didn't start, it MUST be those things, without checking. I had my car towed to a local mechanic to actually do the work. I bought a used car from Lakeland Volkswagen. I read reviews and most were satisfied. So I entrusted them and bought a car ( used). It was supposed to be certified preowned. I accept as is because I only need this as a back up to keep miles off my new truck. I left the dealer ship and the brakes were metal against metal. Customer service is not the best. Would rather the customer be inconvenienced then the dealership.
Disappointed, as usual, with the service provided. My windshield was cracked during an oil change and the manager wanted to pass blame instead of taking accountability.

Lakeland VW had great customer service not sure why now it seem less detailed and disconnected from the customer care
