The prices are out of control and my 300$ key fob still doesn't work!!! The jetty is my least favorite vehicle of my life (per how expensive things for it are). So expensive and not worth the cash.
Was told piece to be replace was cover by warranty and I make appointment tech end up putting glue on piece instead of repairing. Is disappointing I spend ove 60 k in a truck and dealership will not assume responsibility to fix defective part. Imposible to break a light by touch when is meant to be touched to turn it on ! I wonder how many others have to pay out of pocket after they are told at time of purchase bumper to bumper cover and is not a real deal!! Last truck I will buy from this place.

Their customer service is terrible and the selection of vehicles just as bad. If you have 23 volkswagen taos in stock and 19 of them are bright blue, don't think that's very smart, nor good for business. The seller was not pleasant and got very defensive when i told her i could get more for my trade in (which i totally did somewhere else), The manager never bothered to introduce himself and just in general, they acted like they didn't care for my business whatsoever. Did not listen to my requests or conserns. Didnt honar my appointment in a timely mannor. Requested a call back to address these conserns and others. Like puttung the WRONG oil in the engine. Maybe Ill recieve a call back now.
Maintenance —when you pay for oil change most dealers include tire rotation in pricing-plus your maintenance agreement @ purchase is 24 months every 10,000 miles. This is to long even for full synthetic—- no one should even purchase this, it’s not worth the money for 2 oil changes in 2 years

Kaitlyn told me to come in on one day specifically and did not schedule an appointment. Then made me wait 2 days to receive my car back knowing I am 9 months pregnant. Due to her not scheduling an appointment I had to miss work multiple days.
Poor communication. Had to keep calling back for a status. Part needed was marked up 300% ??? Would never use them again. Needed ride to get car and they were supposed to pick me up at 10am and they didn’t arrive til after 11am.
Usually I have no issues with the dealership. It hasn't given me any trouble before... However, this past visit they tried to scam me. Unsure if its because of sexism or because they just thought I'd be too stupid to notice. I came to the dealership to have an oil consumption test. Which, all they do is mark where my oil is on the dipstick, and schedule a follow up to see how much oil was burned. This service was not completed.
