Took a long time for the scheduled service and team did not provide proper feedback regarding battery change requirements. Had to come back the same day to change my battery.

The Lakeland VW dealership has always been my go to place to have my 2016 jetta serviced. However I feel as if they fumble the ball on my last visit. I was getting a tremble on the passenger side and figured that it was time for an alignment. After paying for the service the trembling still exists.

Katlyn was nice and very helpful. The service at Lakeland always seems to find issues with my car and overcharge for the services. I take my car to the VW in Leesburg whose prices are more reasonable. I will probably take my car back to Leesburg for my next appointment.

i had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and it took 4 hours. they also did not wash my car since the service took so long. i also was not formally introduced to any of the staff who helped me—no one introduced themselves by name. it was a very informal and unprofessional experience.

Bought my car brand new from Lakeland VW in 2021 and have never taken it anywhere other than Lakeland VW for service, because I thought that was what would be best to keep my brand new car in the best shape possible. My husband took it for the most recent oil change and had to sit with my 2 small children in the waiting room for 3 1/2 hours, which was not even the worst part - They informed him that it needs $3,000 worth of immediate repairs, one of which was a $1700 new oil pan because “someone” stripped the oil plug. Bought vehicle, next day it had check engine light. Took it back and all they did was clear the code and push me on my way while one of the service members over the phone while my wife drove 2 hours there was hostile and hung up then refused to answer my calls causing me to have to speak to someone named Gio to further investigate. The staff is friendly and communicative, but overall I left pretty displeased. Yes my car is fixed, but I was given a very small car as a rental in comparison to my 3 row atlas. In addition the rental had a tire light on and wasn't full of gas when I received it. Pretty disappointing.

We have been without GPS service on our 2020 Tiguan for over 6 months and the dealership has no idea when a solution may be available. Not happy
My air conditioning had over $600 work done to it and it's still not working 100% of the time.
