I received a letter from VW of America indicating that parts for a recall affecting my vehicle were available and to schedule a service appointment to have the work done. I scheduled an appointment with my nearest dealer, took a day off work (the letter says the work takes 4 hours), drive to the dealership (45 minutes one way, plus tolls), arrived and was informed that they would only be ordering the parts that day and then when the parts arrived they would call me to schedule an appointment for the actual work to be done. Oil change service was not done properly and engine light appeared even before I could reach home. Also lied to me that water wash was done. Didn’t get a response to my emails. This is totally crap and I am highly disappointed

Repairs made as requested looks like I have a mechanical issue every other month , typically a car wash is listed as services performed but in my past 2 visits it has not been provided sad day

In this most recent visit, I was a bit disappointed that the dash warning was not reset. I understand that it could be easily missed. Most visits are due to a dash warning. Rarely have I been able to get just what the dash warning repaired without other items. In these instances, I generally walk out with over a thousand dollars in cost. Considering that VW is a higher end vehicle and that most visits total over a thousand dollars, I expected the attention to details like resetting the dash warning would have been on the che... read more

Nothing was resolved like usual. Wait time is ridiculous would recommend Volkswagen to anyone I know

Me and my husband bought 3 brand new cars from this dealership. I am posting exactly what another customer posted few years ago and I couldn't agree more. I also added my thoughts about his unacceptable behavior. “The lack of professionalism of this employee is unbelievable. He takes after the general manager, Jared Dively wo is unfit for his role. I will gladly share the video footage of this customer and her husband with anyone who buys this. They had to have law enforcement called to get them to vacate the property. We fixed the VW issue. No cost to the customer. No further concerns with the car. This was all resolved and then BAM! Husband and wife go ballistic cursing and disrespecting 3 department managers, all in front of families waiting for their cars to be serviced. There was no issue, we are all left bewildered. We will never do business with Lakeland VW again. They really don't care about the customer.

They kept my car for 11 hours, failed to complete the work, lied to me, ordered the wrong part, tried to keep my car from me, and then texted me at closing to ask if another customers keys were in my car because they lost them.
