Long story made short. On January 5, 2025, I bought a 2024 Jetta at Lakeland VW that, unbeknownst to me, was missing a key safety system - the Active Blind Spot Monitor. Lakeland VW knew it did not have the Active Blind Spot Monitor system in the car and failed to inform us that it was not installed in the car. Liars. I hope that people will avoid purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They did 3 credit pulls, but did not pull from the pre- approved lender. The rate they got for the loan was terrible! I take responsibility for signing, but fortunately I was able to immediately refinance with the pre-approval lender and got an excellent interest rate and lower payment on a shorter term loan. This dealership employs people who are sharks.

It took three hours for a basic oil change! More time was spent trying to sell me stuff I didn’t want.

They were not respectful of my time when I was there. I waited about 2 hours for a routine maintenance and was the 1st appointment of the day

Never in my life have I encountered a name brand dealership with as much incompetence as this place. First & last time I’ll bring my VW here. I’ll gladly drive further for better service. Called before I drove an hour to them & let them know I had a warranty letter to fix my overhead console. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me I wasn’t covered under warranty then realize she was looking at the wrong bulletin? Then they had to order my part once it was confirmed it was under warranty. Was scheduled for a warranty repair, and when I showed up for the appointment, they told me they did not have the part. Keep in mind that I had been at the dealer waiting for the vehicle for over an hour. Then they gave me another appointment a few days later, only to tell me they were still waiting for the part. The third time was the charm, but this time I asked to be scheduled on a Saturday so I would not have to use my PTO. I do not recommend it.

Had $7500 worth of Service done here, Got my Touareg back after (8) Weeks and 1st day back, My Wife advised me it smelled Hot and Still OVERHEATING! I was told by “Gio” the Service Manager that “When it left here, It wasn’t overheating!” Adding Coolant was minimal due to the fact my Wife works 2 miles from Home. A trip to N. Florida and FOUR Gallons of Coolant later, It went back and diagnosed with a Blown Head Gasket! No S**T! Gio refuses to take ANY responsibility so I now have an unusable Car!
