This is the second car I have bought from this dealership. Service is always nice and wants to be helpful. My last car was a ‘22 Taos brand new that had many issue and it took a couple trips to the dealership to get it fixed even though I told them exactly what was wrong. Now I have a ‘24 Tiguan that I bought in Feb. not even five days after my first payment, I had to bring it into the shop because there was an issue with carnet. The issue was there when I bought the car but they pushed it off to be a problem with the app. N... read more

I brought the vehicle in for work that Miguel Penso said it needed about 3 things and were under warranty. Got there with vehicle, got a courtesy ride home because I was told it would take all day. Got a call that there was NOT anything wrong with my vehicle and I could pick it up. I asked if someone could bring it to me since I'd need a ride from Winter Haven to Lakeland and was told no. So, it was a waste of my time to take the car in and apparently the tech doesn't know what he's doing. I had warranty work done on a Satur... read more

I did not care for the fact that ultimately, the MSRP was the price worked off of; rather than the sales price working from the sticker price!! Not only that it was not spoken out loud which bank and what my interest rate would be. At that time I had enough, and rushed through signing!! Now, im forced to refinance because that process was definitely not talked about!!! Just SLID the paperwork in! I'm not happy that my cash and trade amounted to the MSRP price, and financing 25k!! xx

You should be able to have confidence that if you take your car in for service you’re not going to come back to pick it up and find out that it has been damaged. And if, God forbid, you do come back to pick it up and find out that it has been damaged you should be able to have confidence that the service department, starting from the Service Manager on down, is going to get that damage fixed. But that was not my experience with this location. I would not recommend turning your car over to them. Find another place. They are o... read more
Bad service. I was in Lakeland to oil change. After the service my car started to leaking. I back again and the Lakeland told me that I need to spend 3200 dolares to fix the problem. I drove until other shop and they showed me that the Lakeland closes the nut with much strong and broken my oil pan. I never back here.

The dealership itself i would give a 2 maybe 3 star. We don't buy from this dealer as Brandon and south Orlando are much better. The service department is probably one of the worst we have seen. You set a 930am appointment for oil change and ot doesn't get done until 2pm. The travel assistant light keeps coming on and this dealership can't find the issue.

Had an 9am appointment for an oil change. Checked in at 8:45-8:50am. Car wasnt finished until 11:30am. The oil change costed $143. I will be going to the Regal chevy service department so I can be done in a timely manner.

Bad service. I needed to do oil change. One week after the job my car started to Oil leaking. I went back to the dealer thinking it was the loose oil filter or the oil pan screw. After checking it out, the dealer informed me that the car had a leak in the gearbox and another in the engine. Estimate to fix it. $3,200. After their evaluation, the car leaked all the oil from the transmission. I do not recommend it and I will not be back. Thank you.

The curtesy is great and is clean but the service I did not like because I went because the radiator reserve tank is leaking and they said no but they refuel the tank with cooler after the day before I did it. The lady explain to me like I was dome but is logic if I put water two days before and they put water that meet leak, but she said that the car had a leak from the oil filter and is going to cost me I said no and took it back where I change the oil, they check everything including the video (Video don't show noting abo... read more
