Second time bringing my car for the same issue to be trike “it magically fixed itself (twice)” and that the problem will happen again so just tow it back when it happens. Very frustrating when you are paying so much for a brand new car and given no resolution. And then also lied to saying things were done that were proven not to be done at all. Car came back with damage that wasn’t on it before and no answers or resolutions. Had to take it to another dealer an hour away a few days later.

Communication was poor. My car was not completed by the communicated time and nobody contacted me. I showed up and they were not able to resolve to situation. I was left without a car for an additional day. Also suggested fixes like interior cabin filter that had been completed within the Last 30 days.

Overall satisfied except very disappointed in military discount of only $15.00 off a bill over $900.00

Very slow. Very expensive. Oil change cost does not include tire rotation even though you get one every 10k miles. People didn't seem to know how to answer questions asked.

My service advisor was fantastic! The services (oil chg/tire rotation) took 2 hours, which is way too long, and the charge for tire rotation is ridiculous... $55??? Are you kidding? That's max $20, maybe $30 service, and that's pushing it. So unfortunately, I will not be back to your dealership.

It took over 2 and a half hours and we were an early appointment. I was told that you were going to fix a recall ed air bag too. I called to verify it the day before and was told yes it was going to be done and you didn't have the part to do the replacement. Very disappointed that someone told me wrong or should I say lied to me.

I was there for 2 flat tires repair. I have a safety drive insurance for my flats and the vw custmer service told me that the insurance company was closed that Saturday and was not true. This is happened almost a month ago and i still fight with the insurance for the reimbursement.. Of course I went to other placed due VW of lakeland wants to charge me $120!!! For two patches and balance the 2 tires

I was provided a delayed response regarding the updates on my vehicle and was out of a car for 2 days with minimal updates. I have been going to Lakeland be for over 4+ years, and When I requested a review of coupons from Brandon vw I was provided a simple answer that there was nothing that can be done.
