I asked multiple times if the vehicles was going to take more than a day would I be able to get a loaner for my wife and new born. Every time asked before during and the call that would earned the time it was there, I was assured I would get one. Sure enough just like last time we had this issue, there was no loaner. This is why we won’t come to the dealerships unless it is necessary and will not own a VW again. Once this is out of warranty we will get rid of it because it’s failing now. Good(could be better) sales department, poor service department. Easy problem(bad key flob one day after buying the car and under warranty) turn into unnecessary paperwork.

Codi and Lakeland VW have been great. Larry sneaking add on in that were not in the original out the door numbers was not, and his explanations were not satisfactory

Ashley is amazing. However in the two days my car was there all my change and an additional coin purse of money was taken out of my car. Ashley said she will review the cameras and get back to me.

I took my car because the check engine light was on. The service department supposedly fixed it, even though I showed them that the CarNet app said that there was a problem with the start/stop system, but she still insisted that it was fixed. The next day, the check engine light turned back on, so the problem was not fixed. That same day, my daughter took her car to get an oil change at 9 am. Dishonest company. Sold me a vehicle that had significant mechanical issues without advising. Car was inoperable within 3 days of purchase and they told me I was overreacting and they couldn’t be responsible for every little thing that came up after a sale. Did not offer me a trade or rental til I got vehicle fixed. Took the vehicle to another dealership and have already had two batteries replaced. The shop has had the vehicle longer than I have. I took my car to replace water pump I was charged 2,300 super expensive plus I got the car back super dirty inside and outside with mud everywhere

The manager Gio was incredibly rude and condescending. He was unwilling to hear what we were saying. Said he would call us back after speaking to service then he did not. If we had not been FORCED to use this dealer due to being where the vw towing would bring the car we would never use it. The only good thing is their service reps. Ashley Giselle and Saul were amazing and beyond helpful. Frankly they should look for jobs at a better dealer because their amazing customer service skills and being wasted at such a terrible loc... read more
