In this most recent visit, I was a bit disappointed that the dash warning was not reset. I understand that it could be easily missed. Most visits are due to a dash warning. Rarely have I been able to get just what the dash warning repaired without other items. In these instances, I generally walk out with over a thousand dollars in cost. Me and my husband bought 3 brand new cars from this dealership. I am posting exactly what another customer posted few years ago and I couldn't agree more. We will never do business with Lakeland VW again. They really don't care about the customer.
They kept my car for 11 hours, failed to complete the work, lied to me, ordered the wrong part, tried to keep my car from me, and then texted me at closing to ask if another customers keys were in my car because they lost them.
Took a long time for the scheduled service and team did not provide proper feedback regarding battery change requirements. Had to come back the same day to change my battery.
The Lakeland VW dealership has always been my go to place to have my 2016 jetta serviced. However I feel as if they fumble the ball on my last visit. I was getting a tremble on the passenger side and figured that it was time for an alignment. After paying for the service the trembling still exists.
Katlyn was nice and very helpful. The service at Lakeland always seems to find issues with my car and overcharge for the services. I take my car to the VW in Leesburg whose prices are more reasonable. I will probably take my car back to Leesburg for my next appointment.
