I’m not one to post reviews, but I’m pretty irritated at the fact that I went to Jenkins Nissan today and not a single employee was wearing a mask! I didn’t even see masks hanging from their faces or on their desks. They were standing so close to me talking to me both inside and outside without a mask. When I look around, all the customers have masks on and none of the Nissan employees. They do realize this is a city ordinance in Lakeland, right? Very disappointed.
The last time I have been there for tires rotation, oil change and doors locks passengers side diagnostic, it took 4 hours to be done. So, after been waiting for 3 hours, I saw I mechanic changing the oil of my car and doing the tires rotation. I got so angry. It looks like Jenkins I get so many cars to repair and isn’t doing on time. I was disappointed.
Watch out for false advertisements. Waste of time. Purchased multiple vehicles here never had any problems until now. Didn’t expect a miracle but they wouldn’t even try.
Answer the phone and don’t leave people on hold for over 10 minutes. WEAR FACE MASKS. Don’t roll your eyes at customers. Don’t talk over the top of someone when you ask them a question. Basic manners. Not coming back.
This dealership is terrible. I would drive to Orlando or Tampa to get a car. They lie about everything. They say other dealers add extra fees, which is only true with Maus Nissan. The “finance” guy (who couldn’t tell us the interest rate when he presented the payment, principal and term) literally ran his finger across the page of the contract like he was reading and lied. The service department it's just bad,poor technicians.
For the love of god do not come here, Not a single employee has a mask on and they still get in your face when interacting with you. No extra cleaning, no hand sanitizer present for employees or customers. This place is living in a time before the pandemic. With all of that said even if you have an appointment for a simple oil change you will still be here hours, save your time and potentially your life and go somewhere else.
They sold me a car with a crack window and acted like I did it. I purchase the car, drove it 2 block and notice a tiny crack in the window. I should have looked the car over. I felt that they knew it. The manager told me you can turn it into my insurance company which I thought was unethical.
Took in my lemon car for the forth time ..... not impressed with Nissan
