making appointments for service! I waited 2 1/2 hours and last week my daughter waited 3 hours and we both had appointments! as soon as you turn down additional services they make you wait longer! not worth that $6 unless you don't have anything else going on in your life!!😠😠😠😠

I had the WORST experience at this place..l have leased SERVERAL nissans vehicles over the years and I will NEVER EVER get another nissian. They kept me there for Hfacebook page d st OURS. I was looking to lower my payment, based on a promotion flyer that was sent to me. WELL that turned out to be a CROCK. They had the keys to my car and would NOT give them back to me.I felt like I was being held hostage..Yes I did lose it after (3) hours. After dealing w/ the original salesman they sent another guy in to push us into a payment we weren’t comfortable with. He told us the first payment could be pushed out to 3 months & when we got with the finance guy found out that wasn’t true. A year later the sun roof exploded. Nissan knew this is a defect that can happen with them but failed to mention this at time of purchase. I was ripped off for almost $750. I took my truck to get an oil change and a diag. They told me it needed to be reprogrammed and so I did it. The check eng light came back on so I went the next day. They then told me it was the same sensor and charged me again. This is bull SHIIII. I purchased 3 cars from here and I promise you I will never buy or recommend for someone to buy a car. I’ll go to Fuccillo Nissan from now on.

Service department, was there 3 hours for oil change. I had an appointment at 9:40 and left at 12:47. They did it no charge due to the time I waited, but my time is worth more than $6.

Buyers BEWARE !!! On Wednesday Jan 29, 2020 my wife and I were prepared to purchase a preowned 2019 Nissan Titan we went to our credit union Railroad & Industrial and got a pre approved loan with Draft in hand we went to Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland Fl . My daughter and her wife have each purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership in the past. My daughter was looking to trade her truck in since they now have a child, she seen a car online that she was interested in, she had been communicating with a gentleman on the internet who told her he could get her where she was looking to be and take her vehicle as a trade and all that good stuff. When they do the check list on the car during the oil change and they check off that the tires was checked they should really make sure that they do it. It makes me feel that they didn't do anything else on the check off.
