I was there for almost 3 hours meanwhile there was at least 30 people walking around doing absolutely nothing but watching YouTube videos and jacking off. Also to top it off there is no type of help or customer service. I wasn't asked in any way if I needed help instead I got stared at and walked away from. I won't be back. Yall need to get it together. I also don't like how there was no cars but it took that long.

I think they should hire service people who are smart enough to say hey they have a dash cam, maybe we shouldn't bash the customer as we look at the car 4 different times. Also the standard of Nissan apparently is for your automatic sedan to sound like a diesel when broke in, great quality control!

Don't waste your time. The prices advertised are a scam. There is a $2500 recondition fee and a $1000 dealership fee. Add $3500 to whatever the advertised price is. Wouldn't recommend as there are so many options with competitive prices.

The sales tactics are deceptive and dishonest. They use deception to advertise low internet prices, then blindside you with a $2400 certification fee and other fees totaling $3000.00 over the advertised price on multiple websites. I called and emailed to confirm the price. I have that documentation. Jenkins Nissan webpage says no hidden fees just HONEST deals? I felt Justin the salesman was being dishonest with us while looking at the first car and told him so. When the hidden fees came into the open he literally said “ A l... read more

Your nissan could improve by not using customers' personal information to follow them on social media. I am a young woman and two of your male employees used my personal information from your system to find me on social media. One of these employees I had zero contact with at all. This is an extreme violation of my privacy. I have no idea if those men could show up at my address or start using my information to further attempt contact with me. I would never think about coming to this location for anything again since I would... read more

Your service manager David Cogle & wanna be a little mgr Mark Lopez need training in customer service. Your employees need to wear mask your place is a hot spot for covid-19. I would not recomment my worst enemy to your place. No kind of respect. Worst place to have car service done.

My first and last time doing my oil and filter change at this location. After waiting around an hour and a half (which I never bother to wait, since I work with a company as a customer service representative) I ask to speak to a Manager. Since they passed a car that arrived half an hour after me, I ask the person who attended me first, please find a Manager, I ask him why this action, to which he replies that he did not understand what had happened since I I was first but he tried to get past my car as quickly as possible... read more

Although I am very disappointed that Jenkins does not take the covid virus serious enough to wear masks to protect employees and customers the service was good even though did not bother to check air pressure when rotating my tires.

When you give someone a appointment, you should honor it. It took one and a half hours before they even looked at my car. Just a simple oil change. He made a comment that it was a $6 dollar oil change. It shouldn't matter if it's simple or major service, a appointment is a appointment. It was ya'lls dealership that made that $6 offer, when we purchased the vehicle. You should honor it, no matter what.
