Jenkins falsely advertise a gift card if you come in for a test drive a Nissan which we did. Per our salesperson we left the completed form after our test drive, which he said he would process. Texted him a couple weeks after the test drive and was told we had not waited long enough and then today, exactly one month after our test drive the salesman tells me that the promotion was over when we came in and they cannot process our papers for the gift card. Me and my wife had a horrible experience at the dealer from start to finish. I called in and inquired about the sales event going on this weekend regarding the buy back program and rebates on a new vehicle. I explained our situation with our Nissan Titan and Robyn the “internet sales manager” as she calls herself said come right in and we can get a deal done but we have to come in the dealer. I purchased a care package which provided for oil changes to my car and it was abruptly canceled without notification. the general manager says they were losing money with the packages and decided to put a hard stop on them. so now I lose money as well because the package I paid for upfront, they pocket the money and stop the service. not fulfilling a written AND paid for contract is stealing.
If you'r looking to buy a LEAF I'd reconsider - Have talked to service director (Mario) and also corporate, CHAdeMO charger has been broken for nearly 3 weeks now.
I made an 8AM appointment to get my oil change. As I write this it is 10:15 !!! How an oil change on one of there vehicles could possibly take over two hours is beyond my comprehension! Clearly the concept of an appointment is something they have not grasped! I will never come back here. Nor will I recommend anyone come here.
My actual salesperson, Alexandro, was excellent......that is where excellence stops. Let me just say I have bought three cars here in the past and had 4 referrals, but no more. I drive from Harmony, FL to buy my cars and I always talk with the internet sales person to get a very close ballpark figure on my monthly payments before I make the long trek out. Have been fighting with them to fix the paint on my car and have documentation that states it’s covered under warranty. Still will not fix it. This has been going on since 2017. Communication is horrible. They state they will call and never do. Tried to call customer affairs and they hang up on me.

Appt for oil change and tire rotation. Sitting at almost 1.45 hours and still waiting. Not sure what’s going on. Been told when checked in 15 mins early for my appt it would be an hour at most. Came in and told me it was almost done at 11:10 and I’m still sitting here. Not to mention they did something with a recall regarding taking off the back door panels and for the passenger side apparently they disconnected something and the window won’t go down.
