nice people but they told me I was only going to be there a little over an hour and I was over there for two and a half hours very disappointed
By getting in contact with potential customers. And listening when the customer is telling a service personnel what is going on with the vehicle. I came in for transmission problems with my Sentra. they cut me off and told me it was a crack in my tail light. I went back a second time, the crack in my tail light fixed, still complaining of transmission problems. I even did research to make sure i wasn’t crazy. I do indeed have transmission problems. I am thrilled with the Rogue I bought 3 years ago. Not thrilled that I took it in for service yesterday and none of employees were wearing masks, not even the ones inside working closely together. Vast majority of customers had masks. Wouldn’t have made such a big deal but I get this email today about how concerned the dealership is about all of us during these covid times. Masks are a pain but if the dealership really gave a crap, they would protect their employees and customers.
We were impressed with this dealership for many years and encouraged many families and friends. We bought over 15 vehicle within the last few years. The management must have changed and they down graded their performance. Iam disappointed and will take my business elsewhere
Brought my car in for service and wanted them to address 2 other items, they were not even on the work order. My car should still be under the extended warranty but I still got charged for my oil change. The little wrench on the instrument panel next to the fuel gauge is still on even though I wanted it looked at, and the traction control light comes on whenever it wants to and nothing was on the work order about that also
Customer service is lacking. Three hours for an oil change while I witnessed employees leisurely hanging out and socializing. The two girls at the cashier were joined by a lady and young man from the shop area, to take selfies and joke around.
They do not respond to messages left on FB or on their website concerning service. I wonder if they respond to a negative survey. Guess I will find out.
Not giving basic details about the issues that are required to change any parts . Just going with flow . Which will not give confidence to Customers. I felt into this case...
I cannot discourage folks enough from purchasing or leasing a vehicle from Jenkins Nissan. If you take a look at the reviews you will see that they have higher reviews due to the mechanical services they provide (such as oil changes, etc.). But as far as purchasing or leasing a vehicle from them goes, I would absolutely not recommend. My husband and I have spent hours on the phone with them and the company they lease their cars through trying to right wrongs that Jenkins Nissan has committed.
