I have had the same problem three or four times and they keep stating they fix them but the noise is still there. I went there today to speak with the manager Dave and I told him I needed a loaner car because I can't keep coming back and forth he told me he's not giving me a loaner for shakes and rattles. I said the car's been back four times he said that really does not matter. so now this matters. I opened up a claim with Nissan and we will take it from here

BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! After another Nissan dealer messed up a routine oil change on a diesel titan the check engine light came on. I took the vehicle to Jenkins to fix the problem. The service manager advised me (after 5 days of having the vehicle) that I had to pay for another oil change to fix the problem out of my pocket before they would even do the oil change. We have bought several vehicles from Jenkins. Two Titans, great vehicles. The most recent being a 2019. I don’t know what is going on with your maintenance department, but it has gone to hell. Unprofessional and quite rude, especially over the phone. We had purchased the scheduled maintenance, not the prepaid or whatever the tech thinks it should be. Buy a new Nissan at Jenkin's and only pay $6.00 for oil changes as long as I own the car. I got some time off this afternoon drove down and go in without appointment and was out within the hour.
I was there like 5 hours trying to trade my vehicle for another one then asked me to give a down payment for $4,000 tho they’re not good I won’t go over there 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
2006 350Z. I am not sure $69.99 for a Mobile One oil change is a good price. Toyota charges $59.99. After 40 minutes the service advisor informs me of several issues. One that the tires needed to be replaced, wear mark above tread depth.I told him that the wear mark was below tread depth, I checked that morning. He backtracked and said the it was even. Huh? When selling cars let person buying know car was a loaner. Process could be faster too 5 hours is a little too long. And all the add ons. I could of got same car cheaper with a lot less miles in Ocala.
