I don't think a Dealership could treat there customers any better than Jenkins does.People will just have to go there and fine out what I did.

Terrible customer service in service department. 2019 Nissan Sentra towed there for the second time in two weeks for a supposed brake switch issue, only to be told it’s a recall that Nissan has yet to provide parts for. So my vehicle that is STILL under warranty is non driveable but I can’t get a loaner vehicle unless Nissan approves it. So I call corporate, get a case number, and to now be told they still have no answers and being talked to like I’m an idiot. After leaving the shop, and being told the shop broke one of my hubcaps the remaining hubcaps came off driving down I4! I tried contacting Anthony, my service advisor, and he didn’t return my call or text! If your shop staff can’t even put a hubcap back on, are they qualified for anything else?? I was just trying to get established at a local Nissan dealership for my auto needs, but obviously it will not be at Jenkins Nissan!

Would be nice if someone actually got back to me when it came to scheduling maintenance for my flashing check engine light! I contacted them at least 3 different times and was told they would get back to me once They checked their schedule. It’s been well over a month and not a single soul has contacted me since.

I came in because my Nissan was making a noise. I was turned away because I did not have a appointment. I then said I’d like a car wash. The service person said that’s fine, “it will be very quick”. 45 min later I still didn’t have my car back and was not given an appointment for my problem. However, the service guy asked me 3 times what year my car was, did I know my vin number, what was my address-3x’s!!!
