Went to get oil change and tire rotation and guess what??? My tires were not rotated. You ask, how do I know? Well I have a tire that slowly loses air and low and behold......the tire is in the same position. 🤔🤔🤔 So, does this happen a lot? How many people have been charged and it doesn't get done????
I was in your dealership this morning and was told several things need work. ALL the items I was told were worn out of wearing out aren’t even a year old. Some how $300 worth of bogus work went down to $30 for an oil change and tire rotation. This isn’t the first time you’ve tried to con me, but it will be the last.
I want to warn everyone to stay away from Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland Florida. As my previous post stated my wife bought a brand new 2018 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner. After only 1060 miles the motor blew up after the Catilac converter malfunctioned and parts got sucked into the engine. We have spoke to Nissan head quarters and now they've stopped responding to us. My husband and I purchased a black Nissan Altima in January 2013 from Jenkins Lakeland Nissan off State Rd 33. My car is garage kept (except when I’m at work and I only work 14 days a month) and I keep it in immaculate condition. Regular oil changes etc. When I purchased the vehicle we had the vehicle tinted by the dealership who used Kowalski’s tinting. Just came in for oil change.. At time of purchase was told $5 lifetime oil change. Vehicle came with synthetic oil, however was informed that synthetic would be over $100! No one could say why. Reminds me of “bait and switch”. Service person was extremely unfriendly. Will NEVER buy from or recommend Jenkins again🤬!
Buyers beware.... Jenkins Nissan is just after your money and couldn't care less about you. I was in the process of getting a new Kicks and had worked out a deal with a co-signer to get the new Kicks. After some work to secure a deal we finally had something. Paperwork was signed, I gave a down payment of $450.00 dollars, and all they needed was proof of income. I was able to show mine but my co-signer couldn't and disappeared on me. I had a bad experience at Jenkins Nissan Lakeland. I was texting with the Internet Sales Manager. I asked her if she could do a price for a Rogue out the door. She agreed. I went there and was then told that they could not honor the price I was told even though I had a text message to back it up. They wanted to sell me a cheaper model for more. I am so shocked by the dishonesty at this Dealership.
I purchased a new Frontier and Titan from Jenkins within the past year. When the Frontier came out of detail, I noticed a dent that had apparently happened when it was being “cleaned” (the truck wasn’t properly cleaned/detailed). They agreed to fix the dent, and provided me with a small car (Sentra) to drive while they had my truck for 2 weeks. Jenkins Nissan, did you all send my refund for the Gap and Extended Warranty Plan to Santander Consumer USA yet? They claim they have not received anything from you guys yet and also the Gap check from Nation Safe Drivers. I canceled the Gap and Extended Warranty Plan (the plan that your finance manager said was free, yet in all actuality it was not) with your representative,Destiny, on September 9th...and here we are on October 10th and nothing received still!!!!!
