I just pulled in for my service appointment. There is not a mask in sight on any employee. The customers waiting either have their masks under their chins or hanging from their ears. employees are jumping from one car to another with no safety precautions, no gloves, no sanitizing. It's no wonder Polk County has terrible Covid numbers. Book your service somewhere safer.
Go in for a six dollar oil change the next thing I know they’re telling me three or four different things that are wrong with my car which I know better because I take great care of my car I have an awesome mechanic
Service associate named Jarvis was good. Very nice and pleasant. However, I asked for the car wash and wax-a new feature that I noticed when I pulled in. Paid for that but got my car and noticed (too late) that it was still quite dirty. $24.95 is quite expensive for a crappy job. Bugs still on the bumper, rear window filthy. I am really disappointed. Why bother to offer this service if you are not going to do the job? Or is this just a plan to gouge the customer?

Awful customer service. I will go to another county for service on my car.
Very difficult to make appointment. Phone difficulties. Car was in for routine service. Asked that they check tire pressure. They did not. Wanted me to make additional purchases. Service writer very apologetic. Got the service manager to speak with me. You could tell that he couldn't care less. No longer even vacuum out the car. Service was not up to prior standards.
had a terrible experience and was mislead the whole time and signed a agreement and then they went and it was something different will not be back and will tell other people to stay away
Do not buy a vehicle here. Bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport and had several things they would not fix. Contacted corporate and they did not help ether. Do not buy Nissan. Buy American.
This place is a rip-off. They blew up the motor in my pathfinder and attempted to charge me for it. They double charge for services and parts. After they were forced to replace the motor in my pathfinder, they fired the service manager Mike. They had me in a loaner vehicle for 3 months.They were also were supposed to replace the weather strips on my Sentra they just glued them back in place while it was still under warranty.
