We purchased our "certified" used vehicle there and waited 2 days to get our SUV. When we arrived no one knew what we were talking about, it wasn't detailed and I don't even think it was run through the shop even though we freaking paid extra for that service. Since then we can't get anyone on the phone to fix the problem. This has been going on for 2 weeks now and still no call backs from anyone. Go somewhere else for you vehicle, these guys are shady.
The worst experience ever at this dealership. First of all they said my car needed a new transmission. They replaced it with a “refurbished” one. I had to pay out of pocket $2,000. A week after they replaced the transmission, my car had the same issue that it had prior to them replacing the transmission. I took it in to get checked and it sat at the dealership for 3 weeks before they even let me know what it had. They do crappy work and you don’t contact customer back when they mess up
Find a new service manager. Then maybe you can find some good mechanics that are better
I was trying to figure out if my vehicle is under warranty as im pretty sure that at the time of sell I purchased an extended period. The service department is absolute crap. They wouldn't look it up then asked me what the problem is and then assumed they knew what the problem is and told me I have 33000 miles from time of purchase and it ends. I don't even want dishonest people touching the car. So thanks for nothing Jenkins and I will tell everyone how crappy this dealership is.
Stop taking people pieces off of cars and leaving them off and then when the people come in and ask you about it you swear up and down it wasn’t Mike Cameron put the parts back on peoples cars when y’all take them off and don’t swear the customer is lying when they’re saying that it wasn’t put back on now I have to find a new skid plate and have it put back on my car so I will not recommend off to anyone
RecommendedBought 2 autos here....before today oil change, plus checking brake pads didn't take 2 + hours. Too many customers sitting around for appointments to really mean much, Used to be much better. In addition, personnel did not wear masks. What's THAT about during a pandemic? All customers had a mask on and social distanced on their own.
I waited an hour over my time I was told my car would be ready 🙃 then I asked someone to check for me and he said that the guy would be right in to talk to me. Then I waited another half hour and asked the same person that the guy never came in to see me and he went back out again came back and said he'll be right in then I waited again because the service guy didn't put the paperwork in the right format 😒 to be rung up I spent 400 dollars and no discount and even after I asked they still didn't give me a discount.
