The service is not what it used to be!! We have bought at least 4 cars at this particular place ,the last one was in 2018. To be honest I don't feel comfortable coming over there , I only do it when it is really necessary! I sat there for almost 4 and a half hour!! For an oil change and after the inspection ,I purchased 4 new tires which needed to be installed etc.

Took my Sentra in for low tire light on, explained had had it checked air pressure good, car sat almost a week, believed it to be the sensor. Waited all day, called at 4:00, said it was done, didn’t know what was wrong, they would talk to me when I got there. Asked when they closed she said in 10 minutes! I explained that I was in S Lakeland it was going to take more than 10 minutes to get there. She told me they would wait. Purchased a 2021 Rogue from Jenkins and everything about the experience and car are horrible. I was guaranteed my purchase price before ever arriving, and they ended up charging me $2k+ over what we agreed upon. It took 12 weeks to receive the refund and the refund was applied to our loan. The car had a scratch on it before leaving the dealership and I brought it up, so they ordered me a paint pen. Well the last time I get my oil changed, tires rotated and for the third time a small clip that goes under the front bumper I had an appointment at 9:20, i got there at 9 by 1120 my car wasn't done I had to go back to work and in those 2 hours and twenty minutes they did nothing but the oil filter I know this because I had to wait for another 10 minutes to put oil in it, but they had all the time in the world to tell me what's wrong with it and how much it would cost, I'm not sure about how much I would trust them, they ... read more

horrible service. They lied about the 2yr tire warranty. To get an oil change you have to wait 4hrs

This particular location picks and chooses which customers they want to accommodate in certain ways. I was just lied to over the phone and I know that the statement was untrue because I was present to see the exact opposite of what was told to me. For this reason I will not recommend this location and I will not continue to receiving service at this location.

Well on my first trip there for service I had to wait over 3 hours for my oil change. They also could not take care of one small piece of trim since it had to be ordered. So I went back today to get the trim piece put on, under warranty since the truck is only a few months old. I asked if they could maybe get me through a little quicker this time since I had to wait 3 hours the last time. I was told it was a specialty trim piece so he had to have a specialist look at it. I wish I could give 0 stars but that isn’t an option. My fiancé got her first oil change last night on her 2021 and this morning there was fresh oil marks all over the driveway. They either failed to tighten the oil filter or bolt after draining the old oil. Also they didn’t even push the hood down on the vehicle, it was flopping until we noticed and I pulled over to click it in place. Sloppy careless service and now I have oil marks on the driveway of the house I just had built late last year.
