I have bought (4) Nissans from Jenkins Nissan. They have changed over the years. I wanted to see the contract first, however, they insisted that I sign all other papers first. Once we got to the Contract the Numbers were changed CONSIDERABLY. The 899.99 Dealer fee, Well they added almost $200 in fees that were not agreed upon. They did not give me all of my rebates that I was entitled to. They Quoted $1900 for the extended warranty then charged me $2192.00. Customer service is below standards! The service Manager in oil changing area was the most rudest person I have ever felt with. I will not be buying from this dealership again.

The customer service representative didn't introduce himself and not friendly at all. I needed some work done on my 2019 Nissan Rogue but I will not spend my money at Jenkins because of the disrespectful person that waited on me.

stop making cars into Lemons, i went for an oil change and all of a sudden my transmission was bad so they put a "new one" then my a.c. goes out and i have a bunch of other issues with my car after i just went for an oil change. FUCK JENKINS NISSAN

los recomiendo, son muy atentos... pero de 5 estrellitas le doy 3 pq compré carro usado q a los dos días me dejó a pie y tuve q buscar la manera yo de como bajar para que me resolvieran... a demás me pegaron la tablilla temporal con type y se me perdió durante el camino hacia mi casa y aún la estoy esperando por el correo... porque si no... tenía que volver a Lakeland para buscarla y ni gasolina me hecharon cuando un carro usado debería ser verificado todo full como dicen hacerlo y resulta que no. service prices mentioned in website were wrong. I traveled from Tampa to Lakeland as they mentioned for one third price that I get from Tampa. also very delayed service . waited nearly 3.5 hours. they initially told 2 hours

I came in for a simple oil change they put my window down after telling me that the motor was bad could not get the window back up all they would do was put a shim in it to keep it cost me alot of money to get it fixed nissan didn't fix it was not going to give them another penny of my money never using nissan again
