The $5 oil change for the life of your vehicle has turned into a $10 oil change with no notice. A 4:00 appointment turned into a 3 hour wait to get your oil changed. No customer appreciation for loyalty after buying 3 vehicles from them. Time to shop elsewhere.

called me that my car was ready for pick up then when I gave them an extra hour and a half for it. they take an extra hour while I'm at the dealership. worst fucking service emaginable, truly hate it there

I've been a loyal customer for 9 years. Recently there were quite a few tries by service advisors to up sale me -this is rather annoying, but they are not entirely at fault. My last visit, though, was a different story. After making appointment online in advance, specifying that I need oil change, coolant flush and tune up I ended up waiting 4 hours due to not enough spark plugs. when you have an appointment time, honor that time. my wife and I had a 8:40 oil change appointment this passed Thursday, we arrived, from Winter Haven, where we live, at 8:30, we did NOT leave your place of business until10:35. 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment is ridiculous.
