The $5 oil change for the life of your vehicle has turned into a $10 oil change with no notice. A 4:00 appointment turned into a 3 hour wait to get your oil changed. No customer appreciation for loyalty after buying 3 vehicles from them. Time to shop elsewhere.
called me that my car was ready for pick up then when I gave them an extra hour and a half for it. they take an extra hour while I'm at the dealership. worst fucking service emaginable, truly hate it there
I've been a loyal customer for 9 years. Recently there were quite a few tries by service advisors to up sale me -this is rather annoying, but they are not entirely at fault. My last visit, though, was a different story. After making appointment online in advance, specifying that I need oil change, coolant flush and tune up I ended up waiting 4 hours due to not enough spark plugs. I highly doubt that the mechanic discovered on the spot that 4 spark plugs are not enough for V-6 tune up. And this brings the question: does anyon... read more
when you have an appointment time, honor that time. my wife and I had a 8:40 oil change appointment this passed Thursday, we arrived, from Winter Haven, where we live, at 8:30, we did NOT leave your place of business until10:35. 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment is ridiculous. I understand being behind or not having a part in but a lack of customer service and keeping the customer informed is inconsiderate and unprofessional. If I dont need warranty work, I won't be coming back. Honestly don't want to come back even if I have warranty work even thought my car is still under warranty. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They are selling at sticker price + $4995 market adjustment! They wanted $49,889 for a Nissan Frontier 4x4 V6. Seriously overpriced. I emailed on Sunday (I know they’re closed) assuming someone would respond on Monday….well they did with an automated response.
