due to the bad experience we had on the last visit, there is NO WAY we go back to this shop ever. Poor customer service and unprofessional management staff response. we have bought 5 Nissan vehicles in the past and no more we are interested to buy any Nissannissan

Horrible service department stopped in to get my vin verification done to get my florida plates, lady helps me, takes my paper and disappeared for over 20 minutes. Ended up just leaving as I had my appointment at the dmv.

I will never buy another car or Truck from them. it takes 2 hours even with an appointment. then an employee loses my keychain so at this point , I'm hungry and ready to go home. so I threw the keychain they gave me back on the desk. .the employee copped a big attitude and tried provoking a fight . HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE AND NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS !

We were there over two hours waiting on a scheduled oil change! Ridiculous!!

Brought my car in to be repaired for the popping, and woofing noise which they did not fix They put strut mounts in my car. had to wait for my ball bearing to come in rescheduled my appointment to fix the ball bearing and to go over the popping noise again they fixed the popping noise put in what was needed and now my car leaks oil which It did not leak oil before I brought it in and all they told me they could do was put it on the lift and see where it was leaking oil from I highly recommend not to bring your car to Jenki... read more

This is my last service visit and I couldn’t be happier. I have bought 3 vehicles from here and have always had a good sales experience but the service department is horrible and the atmosphere has gone down hill significantly. The last time I was here, they did a tire rotation but only rotated 2 tires. When I questioned it, they told me I didn’t need all 4 rotated! That should have been a sign but I tried again because I wanted the lifetime $5 oil change I was offered when I purchased the car. That price has now increased ... read more

A few months ago I took my car to have it checked and it turned out that the car's engine was not working. They wanted to sell me another new car because the engine for mine cost 14k and I told them that I would take the car in a tow truck and get a second opinion. The second opinion is that the car if the engine worked, it cost me less than 1k dollars to fix it. I will never go to that dealer again. I was in there yesterday for an oil change. an oil change which should take 30 minutes is taking 2 hours which is ridiculous and that's with an appointment. The service staff was not friendly and this was the first horrible experience I've had there. I certainly don't recommend it. The service associate didn't even come to my car. I had to get out and come in to her.
