The service department is not as good as it use to be waiting times are too long when you have appointments, sometime the don't even notify you when is ready.

Brought my Pathfinder for service because my sunroof was stuck open, no one ever called to let me know what was going on with my car every, time I called I was told they were very busy and would find out and get back to me...this went on for 3 days...finally got fed up and called Nissan NA and opened a case...low and behold 15 minutes later I received a call telling me it was catastrophic failure and would need to be replaced for $4000...they weren't even unable to close the roof...I picked my SUV up first thing in the morni... read more

Poor customer service, zero follow up when told there would be. Poor communication. Purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer and this one will definitely be the last.

I had a 3:30 appointment for an oil change. Now that I’ve been here for 3 hours, I’m finally leaving! So disgusted with no updates at all, as to why it took so long. I will drive to Hill Nissan from now on.

I took my car for an oil change I got it back with a mark on the driver passenger door.... they were supposed to review cameras and get back with us.... never happened...I went up there and called

This review is for Jenkins Mitsubishi. Try truth in advertising and include the $1895 "reconditioning" fee missing in posted price. I called the dealership and they only mentioned the dealer fee. Just be honest!

the service department has some dishonest people working to fix parts that are perfectly good. The wait times are definitely off the charts for the longest wait ever!!

I bought my car from Jenkins Nissan 8 years ago and have been bringing it there for service the entire time. I went to get my oil changed on Saturday and I’ve NEVER received such poor service until I got Naca Rivera as my service advisor. He’s VERY unprofessional, rude and he made it seem as if my “little $9.00 oil change” was less important than others who were there to have service done on their vehicles. I got a oil change just the other day and was told one of my tires had a small leak and it was fixed although my tire pressure when receiving it back was 31 while the other tires were 34/35 and 38 all uneven tire pressures and NOW the tire is now 29 which clearly something wasn’t done.
