I had a routine oil change preformed here and the next day I had an oil leak. I took my Altima to a local shop and they told me the tech that did the oil change put 2 washers under the oil drain plug. I tried to call the service department and waited on hold for 20+ minutes.

I made an appointment to have the recommended service done on my car. My appointment was at 10:00 am. and I got there 10 mins. early. When I got there the service person said they were right on time and that it would take about an hour. Okay, no problem, that's what I expected. Last week I had an appointment to wait for service and was told I would have to wait 3 hours before they even got to it. I was told I could come back Sunday afternoon and wait for it. I came back on Sunday at 12:30pm as suggested and was told they would get right on it. I sat next the the parts department so I could keep an eye on the car. 45 minutes later a young man input the car on a lift ant raised it in the air. Horrible customer service! They were literally going to leave my cousin outside if she didn’t sign the paperwork & ge the car b/c it was after hours! She did, but the Michael W. was SO RUDE!!! He literally told my cousin if she didn’t buy it today she couldn’t go back in the morning b/c the car would NOT be sold her in the morning. He was a prick! So so rude!! I was on the phone with her for 2 hours. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!! Worst treatment she ever heard & I’ve ever experienced! He was not understanding & a total jerk!

Jenkins Nissan has became a whole entire JOKE!! From the service advisors to the managers!! This is my second vehicle over the years with Jenkins. In fact, I loved the service I got from my first purchase, it made me want to come back for my second. That all changed in 2021 to be exact. 😌I used to always drive for 35 miles to Jenkins for my car service since I bought my vehicle there back in 2016 because their service standard was very good. I would now say that their standard is descending bad now a days. I had a very bad experience yesterday. I bought my car at over 34,000 miles, came in yesterday to be told I needed this and for my 30,000 mile check-up, cost me $743, so pissed. I've only drove the vehicle 8,000 miles

I called Jenkins was told it was cost me $150 to look at my vehicle. I took it in, it was running rough and was leaking in the front inside. They had it 2 days. Was told it needed new plugs (which I had changed) and new coils. Quoted $178 plus for each one 8 in all to correct running rough. Was told they took apart a lot of the side panels inside to determine it was the tubes. All together around $3000 to fix my car. Also they could put a used motor in for $7500.
