I have had nothing but issues with the service department at this location every time I take my car in for service. My shifter has not been working or coming out of park for over a year. The last time I brought it in, they told me after having my car all day, that they are not going to sit around all day and try to figure it out. 3 almost 4 hrs for an oil change and THEY DO NOT CARE. The service center is the worst. Even with appointment it takes 2-3 hours for a oil change.

When I bought my car the temp tag they issued (but never put in my car, because I had a plate already) was stolen and used on toll roads. When confronted, Jenkins nissan refused to help. Trash service

service sucks had an appointment at 8 am 4 tires and steer brakes my bill was 1400 dollars I was there til 1 o'clock I started complaining being there 5 hours only for them to tell me I have to come back cause the tire balancer broke i will never come there for service again this is my second car I brought from the dealership but never again

Slow service caused me to cancel part of what I wanted done and made me an hour late for work. Had an appointment and waited 3 hours for my car. Was handed the keys when I paid, went outside and didn't see my car. Was told by a service representative to press the panic button on my key fob to find my car. My car was parked in the back.of the lot.

Very slow and poor service in general. Expect to wait for 4+ hrs for basic service and no updates if you drop the car off.
