The service on vehicle is a nightmare. appts are overbooked, service advisers seem to be so busy, they do not treat customers very good. Very disappointed in whole experience. Also the fake leather chairs in waiting area are garbage to sit on, many with ripped seats, very sad looking. also lot of workers seemed to walk or sit around doing zilch😱😱😱😱👎👎👎👎

They lie to young people and treat young women poorly. They gave my daughter a warranty sheet that didn't apply to her vehicle, and added warranty financing without talking it through with her. She didn't even know there were other options. She could have paid for it out of pocket, but instead they have her financing it for 84 months ($$$). When she went back to talk about it with him, he complained that he was on his lunch break. I was on the phone and I heard his tone with her - not ok. Service did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. We don't think they even looked at the car. After 3 hours they say nothing is wrong. We have pictures the issue is still occurring. Any recommendations for a quality service department in Polk County, FL?

Jenkins Nissan has the worst service department I have ever experienced! We made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and rotation on our Sentra and Kia Soul. Appointment was at 10:20 and my husband just left service at 1:30! Why make appointments at all!! It is very apparent that Jenkins doesn’t care about it’s customers and overbooks their appointments with no care for the length of time people have to wait. That’s putting customers first? Part ordered 1/11 and told I would be called when it came in to schedule installation, s 30 minute or less job. I called them 3 weeks later and part had been there since 1/13. Asked for a late appointment to have part installed and they gave me a 5:40. Got there around 5:30. At 6:45 they had not even moved the car to the work bays. Asked how much longer for what was supposed to be less than 30 minute job. They couldn’t find my car nor keys and I was told I shouldn’t have booked that late and that appointments only hold... read more

This place is a joke …it’s worth driving to Hills Nissan…the wait time is never what it’s said to be even with an appointment waited two hours Friday for a oil change.. they didn’t even look into a issue Friday so back again today was told it be 1 hour and 1/2 after waiting 2 hours went and checked on my car and they haven’t even looked at it …wow

I’ve had a couple issues with my sunroof- they fix the issue but although I asked many times,never explained how to be proactive in cleaning it, not letting the pipes get backed up. Only after a complete meltdown on my part this past time, after being told wait was hour, and finding myself still there after 3 and 1/2 hours and realizing they had not even touched my car, I was directed to see the service manager who let me vent, then offered a solution by teaching me how to clean the sunroof pipes so I would keep having the s... read more
