I wouldn’t recommend this dealership due to their lack of organization. I had a good experience with buying my vehicle however when I returned to have my car serviced for its certification they were awful. When I arrived I was told it wouldn’t take long to complete but an hour 1/2 later I was still there. I told them I would come back and they told me they couldn’t let me leave with the car that way however they allowed me to purchase it and drive away that way. My first Nissan and first I had a recall on my transmission. They repaired it. While away I had me daughter take my vehicle for a oil change. She was immediately told my engine need replaced $10760. I paid for a diagnosis but wasn't provided any paperwork. Took my vehicle to a neighbor shop in Fort Meade. He replaced my VVT solenoids $662.00 later in rolling no issues. I will never buy another Nissan but Lakeland Nissan could never get any money from me!

Buyer BEWARE. Bad business. Put us into a new vehicle when the loan wasn't even fully approved...called and try to change terms and interest rates AFTER all the paperwork was signed and done. We drove off the lot and less than a week later started getting calls. They were extremely rude and threatened they would come repossess the car if we did not come in and re-sign everything. Poor customer service. what was said will be done was not done. paid $150 for computerized diagnostic , the weird battery charger was just to check the alternator,. strange explanation from 3 women arguueing with a customer simply asking questions. was disappointed

I brought my Altima in for an oil change yesterday. Picked it up tonight. When I got home I had grease all over my new floor mat and the legs of my pants. My khaki work pants that cost $100. I immediately called and sent the service person photos. She texted back “all the director can do is detail your car”. Well that’s quality customer service. I guess ill take my 13 years of business somewhere else. So sad.

Several visits resulted in the same frustration and lack of care by the Service Department. Last 3 oil change trips resulted in 3 return trips because tech forgot something when doing the job. No care or consideration for excessively wasted time at the dealership.
