Jenkins Nissan ripped off a friend of mine. For that, I would definitely not recommend.

This dealership has gone to hell since I originally purchased our last vehicle there, service is horrible, they don't stand behind their products and service. They don't return calls when you leave messages (Anthony Beargen). They are willing to have a customer for over 10 years walk away for a warranty battery exchange. I was wondering why some of the good employees left, I see why now. So long Jenkins Nissan, just save headaches for everyone, close your doors, your prime days are definitely over.

Jenkins Nissan cannot and should not be trusted! They completely screwed over my mom and dad! My dad purchased a car from them. 3 weeks later, the transmission went out on the car. Nissan charged them $2,000 to replace the transmission and acted like they were doing my parents a favor. They are dishonest and greatly lacking in the integrity department. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone!
I definitely do not trust or recommend this dealership for service. I brought my SUV in because my AC wasn't blowing at times but was still cold air coming out and they told me I needed a whole new AC. They told me it was going to be a 12 hours job so it was going to be $1200 for just labor and the quoted me $3033 for everything. I took it to the dealership I use to work at in another city and they said it was the blower motor and resistor need to be replaced and it would be $570 plus tax. I bought my car at Jenkins. Every time I have an appointment for service I have to wait over 2 hours or have someone pick me up. They refused to do the concierge service that they offer because I pay $5.00 for my oil changes which by the way changed to $10 recently because of inflation. I was told I would only pay $5.00 as long as I owned the car.
