Took my Maxima in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was going great after about an hour of waiting I step out side to hear a car screaming tires looked and it was my car!! I stopped the guy (Benjamin) driving my car ask him why he was driving my car like that he said it was stuck in first gear. I currently have 3 Nissans never again will I take any of them back to Jenkins

I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Since 2000 I have bought and paid cash for 3 brand new Nissan trucks. The last one I bought in 2019, the salesman promised to customize some things if I purchased. I purchased it and after going back and forth with the dealership to install the items that were agreed upon on day of purchase the things never were done. They did agree to put running boards on the truck in 2019. Before the year was over the hard plastic on the running board on the drivers side start... read more

TERRIBLE customer service! They admit they LIE about necessary services! I was told by the last TWO service reps I needed a CVT which is a $300 service! A manager said he would NEVER recommend me that service however the reps were not wrong because it is their “JOB” to push services! They also have a new point system and refused to allow me to use my points to pay for a service that is CLEARLY approved by the company to be paid for with points. The cash register attendant that it was funny. The manager walked away and said T... read more

Bought a supposedly fully inspected car from this dealership and in all my 60 years this is this worst thing I did. Once you leave that lot, forget about getting help! About 30 miles after leaving with this car we broke down in the middle of interstate 4. The dealer didn’t care and left us stranded there for over 7 1/2 hours! I’m 60 years old and disabled. They don’t care!!!! After they wouldn’t help us we spent over 200 on a hotel and then another 200 to Uber home. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Since I bought this truck a couple of years ago for convenience and because it was still under warranty, I've had to visit this dealership multiple times. I've always been disappointed, having to wait over two hours for a single oil change. The cashiers are bitter and don't even greet you when you go to pay. In general, the sellers have no genuine interest in helping you; they are only interested in selling you more. During my last visit, I asked them to check a problem with the remote key as the locks were not working an... read more

I purchased my vehicle from Jenkins, and the experience wasn’t too bad so I recommended my mother there for her next vehicle purchase. She bought a used vehicle that was supposedly covered by “bumper to bumper” warranty. She drives the vehicle home, and upon getting out of the car, she noticed the bumper was hanging down a bit leaving a noticeable gap. We then proceeded to take it back to the dealer and they say, yeah, that doesn’t look right, and sent us to their repair and collision department across town. The repair shop ... read more

What do I like about Jenkins? They have a great oil change price and are relatively comparable on the service side in prices to other establishments, which hasn’t always been true for dealerships historically. The service staff has always been very nice as well, and at times so too for the sale team. It’s easy to get your vehicle in for service and they have very accommodating hours as well. What do I not recommend about Jenkins? Well, my last interaction with the sales manager was abysmal and ruined any chance of me buyi... read more

The second I can get away from Nissan I will. I had my car towed into Nissan because it wouldn’t start. They told me it was my battery. I explained I could not afford a 300.00 battery this week because I needed to buy groceries for my family. And after in writing I told them no they still put the battery in my car. While the service adviser was very nice they worked on my car and forced me to pay for something I didn’t have the money for. Do not I repeat do not take your vehicle to Nissan.
