What a horrible dealership. The sales person hand wrote on the "we will owe" page and now they won't pull the finance folder or accept it. Do right to the customer and they'll do right to you, but not in this case. Nissan is awful, less than a year old and twice in the shop for mechanical failures.
Service department sucks!
Lakeland Nissan's service sucks....dropped the car off for a oil change 2hrs ago and still not done like promised...they need to step up their customer service. This is not the first time this has happened.
Unbelievably horrible experience with their service department!! So my Son purchased a car from another Nissan Dealership in Orlando on Wednesday, July 19th. On Saturday night, the driver side door wouldn't close. For safety reasons we decided not to drive the car to Orlando, because the DRIVER DOOR DOESN'T SHUT! Jenkins Nissan gladly took the car and said since it's a warranty issue since the car is not at 36,000 miles, and we will get it checked in Monday morning and get back to you. As I write this review I have been waiting for 3 hours and 4 minutes for an oil change and recall repair. I have only spoken to a service advisor once who told me it would be another 30 minutes, that was and hour ago. Not to mention that when I arrived at 12:31, I wasn't greeted at all and never spoke to a service advisor about my car until I was 2 hours deep in waiting and after I walked out to see what could possibly be taking so long. Bought two Nissan Maxima platinums (same day) and was promised either a military or education rebate. I qualified for both. I was told I have to wait for the dealer to process it and then they would mail me a check. Lies according to the VPP Program. I was supposed to get the rebate up front. I imagine the dealer just keeps the rebate money..... Followed up with a manager and sales clerk Camille numerous times. Was told it was being fixed. Never was. Never got a rebate. Great way to treat a customer that bought two cars.
Literally JUST left your service department after having upgraded regular maintenance done only to find out your service techs didn't bother to refill the washer fluid though it's checked to be good. So, what else have they not done or not checked even though it's supposed to be done or documented as checked and ok? Super disappointed!
