They lied at closing. We were never told of the 2+k cost of the warranty that we didn't want to purchase. Never received the registration. I had to call and chase them to send me a copy of the registration. Besides that, we were never told that a form is needed to cancel the warranty, when we were told it could be done by phone. We were lied all the time Don't buy cars here.

I bought my vehicle here last year and I was impressed by the dealership and how I was treated. Well today I got the experience the exact opposite. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change last week and was advised to make an appointment for 2 recalls on my vehicle due to airbags. They told me the work would take approximately 2 hours and they only schedule them at certain times. I called to get an estimate on an air condition repair, and every time i call the person who answers the phone in service puts me on hold for literally 5-10 minutes... And i say everytime i call becuz the first 2 times i called she told me to hold and then hung up on me, not only do i find this rude and discourteous but very unprofessional as well... Apparently they dont need any more business ... I'll take my z car somewhere else... Thanks for nothing jenkins nissan

Livid. Again! They have the absolute worst service department of anywhere. If it weren't for my $6 oil changes, I would NOT even come here. How the hell am I going to be the first in line for express, literally JUST an oil change and the advisors go to cars that HAVEN'T been sitting there for almost an hour. Then have the gall to tell me that it is going to take 45 minutes to change my oil! Get it back there and GET IT DONE! Next new car would never come from here.

DON'T buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are fraudulent and also commit forgery. I have written proof. We'll be filing multiple complaints with various agencies and a police report as well. Just walk away & go somewhere else!! If you want a Nissan, check out other Nissan dealerships near by...trust me on this!

If I could rate the used car department a 0 I would. Tonight I went in to buy a jeep. I am a first time buyer. I have an amazing credit score and also have a substantial amount of cash to put down. Anyways, I let them run my credit, talk numbers. Exc. I'm waiting to here back. Only to hear. There's someone else trying to buy it right after me. Didn't even give me a chance. And sold the jeep right from under me. While I'm waiting on a bank to reply (because it is a holiday) they got a approved faster. They're dirty salesman. ... read more
