My daughter was a first time buyer and wanted to know, what she needed to become a new car owner. Jenkins was recommended to her by a co-worker. She completed the application on line and we drove to the dealer. We talked to Ali and decided to go for a Sentra. While we were talking to Ali, A internet sales gentlemen named Vince called and then came by her cubicle while we were talking and tried to take over the show. Very poor service. Was told we would receive an email about a paper needing to be signed, not only did we not get an email we had to drive up there just to sign it, but thats not it we were told one deal one day amd a completly terrible and lower one the two days later. One of our questions to the dealer was will this be a long six hour ordeal and they said no it will be easy and quick. This entire horrible experiance was over three days. RecommendedFound the truck I wanted online after being pressured by another dealer to buy something I didn't want and drove 75 miles hoping they still had it. Made the deal and couldn't be happier. Good honest people
Absolutely the worst experience ever! Was promised one of two 2013 Rogues through internet salesperson Krista and was put through the process of buying the vehicle and assured delivery by the following evening. Even left the dealership knowing when our first payment was due. By the next day we were told both vehicles were already sold to someone else!! How is it possible to sell someone a vehicle that was never available to be sold in the first place? Was then offered a different color vehicle to replace it or the same color... read more
My wife contacted the dealership about an advertised used suv and informed Rita that we would like to purchase immediat...ely. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED... I arranged a time with Rita and let her know we were making a cash purchase because we were in the process of purchasing a house and couldn’t have any lines of credit opened or credit inquiries.
