We came in on Sunday, 9/23/2018, and our salesperson was Chandi. We knew we wanted to test drive Nissan Titans, and we were able to drive two. Chandi did not know the answers to any of our questions and had to read off the features of each vehicle from the sticker. The information that was given was mostly inaccurate unless she was reading right from the vehicle sticker. if you do attempt to buy car from here do not have Nabil as your salesman. does nothing but play those car salesman games and is condescending on top of it.
Buyer BEWARE! My husband and I were in this dealership today with our 8-year-old child. We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the recent past. I contacted four Nissan dealerships (Jenkins Nissan, Hill Nissan, Universal Nissan, and Reed Nissan) to get their best price on a new Sentra. I didn't want any games, just their best price. Every one of them gave me their best price including the total cost with tax, fees, rebates, etc. All that is but Jenkins (which us ironic considering the first email I got from them bragged on how they weren't like other dealers and didn't play games. I worked with Nabil a week or so before scheduling the sign the papers on a new Murano yesterday. I had made contact with Nabil several times in advance of the scheduled signing and asked him if he needed anything that could make the signing go as quickly as possible, and he indicated he had everything he needed. Stop misleading people with lies. I had a scheduled appointment to look at cars. I told the salesperson how much I had to spend and she said she could put me into a new car for that price. I called one hour before the appointment and my, how quickly the game changed. i was speaking to Joe kielholz and he decided not to get back to me the day i had my appointment set. i called the dealership again, explained what i was looking for, the stock number and how i couldnt get ahold of Joe. the salesman told me it was still available . so we drove our 45 mins to an hour there to find out that they sold the car without notifying us and we wasted our time going there. but ofcourse they could try to get us in a car at that point but i was upset. i didnt feel like they deserved to even talk to me. a... read more
