This place is a managerial joke. From the top down the incompetence and lack of professionalism should not be allowed to represent the Nissan brand. Going on 5 months and still dealing with paint issues they knew of from day one. Kept car for over three weeks to "address issue" only to create a new problem. Had to call Nissan corporate to get them to move. New service "appointment" was not done right so they wasted my time yet again. If you like hassles and incompetent service, buy a car at Jenkins.

I have a 2014 Altima and the headlights are very dim at night. Every person who rides with me at night asks me if i have my lights on. I took my car here to have the lights checked and was told there was nothing wrong. The service tech compared my car to another car and said they look the same. Obviously there is a defect in these lights. There has to be a solution! I've changed the bulbs and it is still impossible to see with these awful headlights. I went to Jenkins to get an oil change before Christmas got the wipers replaced .....well the rear wiper they put on was the wrong size and scratched the heck out of my paint ......i came back and advised the manager and he apologized and took care of my oil change but when I left to my surprise the rear wiper again had the wrong size rear wiper on it. So I go back yesterday to get a oil change and talked to the manager to inquire why did they not put the correct size wiper on again.....he apologized .....well I got my car b... read more

Made an appointment for 9:30. I was told by a young guy hour or less. At 70 mins I go out to check and my car still had not been taken back. He said that was just an estimate. I had an appointment he goes oh...still waiting 1.5 now. Should have gone to Pep Boys. People who came after me are done and gone. Worse than a doctor's office.

The service people are very nice. The price for oil change was great. But, over 2 hours wait time for just a oil change is ridiculous. Should have an express lane for just oil changes.

I'm so disappointed in Jenkins Nissan, I purchased my Nissan Versa over 2yrs ago, and have had it SERVICED at Jenkins for everything even my tires and went in because I thought my car was using Oil, for Jenkins to tell me that that my 2010 Versa with ONLY 50,000 MILES needs a NEW MOTOR that's gonna cost me over $4000 out of pocket because my extended Warranty wouldn't pay because it was actually Worn Pistons, my father has been a mechanic for over 50yrs and he just didn't trust this. I was recently in for my regular oil change. I made an appointment. I arrived 10-15 mins early. It wasn't until 5:05 a service advisor helped me. I was advised that I had a recall on my vehicle and if I wanted that done it would be at least an hour. I declined the wait and said I would make another appointment for that particular issue. They offer a $5 oil change when you buy your car here, but don't tell you that you will have to wait in the lobby for 3 hours every time. And I have made an appointment every time!! I drive 35 min to Jenkins and without fail EVERY time I wait almost 3 hours. For a freaking oil change!!! I won't be coming here for service anymore.
