I purchased a new Nissan Titan from this dealer in the past with no issues also a new xterra. Despite the warnings from sales people who used to work here we still tried to do business. Been coming here for the $5 oil change since 2017. Came in today to get the same basic deal was told $5 oil change deal no longer applies to me since I didn’t buy my car at their Nissan dealership and tried to charge $49 for an oil change with a 5w-20 “synthetic oil blend” upcharge. Bought 4 cars from them and then went for my 5th and it was like he’ll. They don’t care about you. Lie and tell you what they want you to hear. Try to sell you a damage car and offer discount. Rude. They sorry. Hill Nissan will offer better service. The sales managers and finance manager are the worst.

Two nights ago I left your store so disappointed and angry it was unbelievable. For those of you reading this I contacted Jenkins Nissan of Lakeland 3 days prior to to bring my son to the dealership as a Surprise for him to pick out one of their 2017 frontiers for his birthday. Very poor customer service. Was informed that you had an employee that removed a religious sign that a customer had on their car when it was brought in for maintenance work. Advising my friends to be alert to your poor customer service
