I love my new truck, but everything else was a negative experience. I originally went there because their online prices were the best. Turns out those online prices our only in special cases. Strike one. Next I agreed to a certain price on my trade in that they didn't honor. Strike two. For the final straw the price I agreed for the truck doesn't match the paperwork I was given. Jenkins is a penny pinching bunch of tools. You won't fix a handicapped ladies car correctly and then tell her you can't give her a loaner, I believe you better have your lawyer check the law. I won't ever buy anything from Jenkins and will be sure to tell everyone to avoid a dealership that discriminates against the handicapped.
Terrible customer service. Worst experience of my life this place is ridiculous I could go on and on. Sucks sucks sucks
This dealership will take total advantage of you. They don't care about their customers just making a buck. I needed a more reliable way to get to work and not a lot of time to shop around. They only gave me $7500 trade in on an 02 F-250 w/ 7.3 diesel with onli 102k miles on it. Not a stock truck but 16 in lift on 38 tires. KBB trade was just under 12k stock. Very negative service experience yesterday. Received two service coupons in the mail. I made an appointment and arrived early. Told service rep that I wanted an oil change and my brake light was on. Thirty minutes later I was told I needed brake pads and two tires. The cost quoted was more than doubled the coupon and she agreed to coupon but said it would take four hours and offered me a loaner which I refused. Don't go! NEVER GO IN THE REST OF MY LIFE!!!!! Just regular change and tire rotation cost me 2 hours and I tried to complained about this bad experience. I was not trying to get some money discount .but they always found excuses for themselves not for customers! $30 who cares about this! Listen to me: don't go! There are plenty of Nissan , why them!
Grandma bought a suv, under full warranty, the next day there was oil on the floor. She took it to get fixed. Second day, more oil. Third day, went to return it. Only to hear she was out of luck. But they were more than happy to use the defective vehicle they sold her as a trade in. Then soaked her another $1000.... WAY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR SENIORS AND VETS
