I have had Unreasonable charges and unsolved problems that makes me feel not willing to seek service there.

Two owners--father and son--two Pacificas--2019 and 2023--and the dealer can not separate the two. Replacement part for the 2023 was given to another owner when the service department could not contact the correct owner. This survey came before the vehicles were actually serviced.

I had to come back for service what they did wrong and I had to keep asking him to fill the other areas for a Noyle change and outrageous prices there! I have decided not to come back to your dealership!!!!

Service appointment went absolutely horrible this time. From dropping the vehicle off to picking the vehicle up and everything in between customer service was absolutely terrible of all the years I’ve been going there.

I think the mechanics were too busy to try to diagnose my reported issues. They did repair one item, but they were admittedly short handed and took a pass on the other issues I reported by stating that they could not duplicate the issues.

I made an appointment to get an oil change and it still took over an hour and a half to complete it.

Routine oil change and tire rotation. This is the only mechanics/ dealership I have had work on my truck since purchased new 3 years ago. I have had many rotations done here, bought my new current tires at Huston. This past tire rotation my truck was pulling hard to the right afterward. I called and bro6the truck back twice. Was told the service manager drove it and it was good. I can take a level set it in my steering wheel, hold it level, as soon as I let go steering pulls to the right. THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION WAS UNACCECPTABLE WHEN ASKING FOR THE STATUS OF THE VEHICLE BEING WORKED ON. BEING TOLD THAT THE SERVICE MANAGER COULD NOT TAKE A PHONE CALL DUE TO BEING ON A PERSONAL CALL, IS UNPROFESSIONAL. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING TO ALL EMPLOYEES. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR CROSS TRAINING IN EACH DEPARTMENT.
