Service dept not worth the visit have road hazard warranty got the run around about it got told they couldn’t verify warranty by vin I called selling dealer where I bought my truck and they pulled it up ended up paying out of pocket for tire repair when I have warranty I paid for won’t be back to this dealership

At age 84 I was obviously pre-qualified for false prognosis to the tune of $1,700.00 a repair proposal. It was a complete fabrication. When will we be able to punish these lying crooks in an appropriate manner?

I was quoted 2400 for fuel pump and cleaning tank. Ridiculous. I had everything done for 550 and my truck is running great. Smh

Brought one of my 3 Ram trucks in for service. Somehow, a windows switch was broken while it was there, plain to see when I picked it up. Service manager, Walter Graham, would not speak to me or fix it. So they lost a customer with 3 vehicles they service over a maybe $30 part at their cost. Apparently pride in their work and customer satisfaction are not a priority there. A week later and although they say they are looking into the matter, no one has reached out

Brought one of my 3 Rams they Service there in for Service. Somehow, someone broke the window switch when I went to pick it up it was plain to see. Service manager, Walter Graham, would not fix it. Nor would he even speak with me when the problem was brought up. So for a part that would cost them about $30, they are willing to loose a customer with 3 vehicles that get serviced there. Apparently customer satisfaction and pride in workmanship are not a priority there.

The staff were very nice. ...but our vehicle problem is not fixed...we left it overnight and we were td it should be fine but start/stop still not functioning

Intermittently our seloniod is clicking and not turning the starter. The mechanic tried it and it started. We were told you can't do anything about it. We're guessing that us having Max Care is a detergent at this time.
