Upon purchasing my vehicle, I was supposed to have my bumper fixed as it was poking out on both sides. Purchased it in early August and finally got it fixed 3 months later. It took 5 trips to the dealership. I understand that steps have to be taken to figure out the cause/solution but I feel like 5 times is a little excessive. Especially because the first time I brought it in I am sure they just tried to push it in to get it to secure. Failure to properly service my car, or pay attention to my questions of continued dashboard lights signaling problems with the brake and ABS system, led to brakes failing and a situation where I could have been in a serious accident. Continued failure to follow the progress on the rebuilding of the failed part led to a $1,100+ rental car cost. Cannot contact the owner/manager of the agency.

I was not impressed with the service. I bought the extended warranty on this vehicle yes at a different dealership but still bought it. Plus when I took it in for the hatch not working correctly I was still under warranty. It had a recall for the hatch. That did not fix the problem and when I brought it back it was no longer under normal warranty. Maddie was excellent, unfortunately her hands where tied above her pay grade and she had to fight to get my truck completed in 14 weeks at the dealer rather than the 20 weeks she was originally told it would take. 14 weeks without a loaner, without a rental, without any offer to assist with my personal transportation need for the entire 14 weeks the dealer had my truck on lock down. How is this even remotely acceptable as a turn around time especially since we are talking about a power steering hose?.

Performed recall on high pressure fuel pump and didnt plug my ECM back correctly and caused a bunch of codes and Huston tried to charge me 2200 dollars for parts n labor relative to codes. They went back in and plugged the ECM pcm correctly in and no more codes. Hmmmm scammers xxxx HUSTON . Idiots

Alternator and Battery replaced and it has a slow start reaction ? after the service my AC did not work anymore ? No resolve on the AC they just wanted to charge me for a review of the AC Very disappointed
