I have white paint in two places on the back of my van. This is the second time I reported it and never heard anything back!!!!!

Not a good experience at all. Diagnosed bad manifolds, and e-tourque and said it wasn’t covered under warranty. Not only are those items still covered but 2 dealers have confirmed there are no issues with those items. Also was threatened to have a lean put on my vehicle because I didn’t feel right paying the diagnosis fee. Also tried to resolve the matter by slamming me up side down big time into a new truck trade.

Service was great. sales was not Would never buy another vehicle from them but will get Service.

Took 8 mouth old 3500 in with dead battery. They told me they didn't have time to fix. Went and bought a Ford today because so many problems with the truck and bad customer service

I took it in for a leak in the rear. They didn't look at it instead assumed it was in for the sunroof. They said there was a part broken in sunroof and replaced it. Sunroof has only been opened 3 times since in bought the car so don't understand that and no water was leaking inside. I ck evertime car is in the rain.

It took 2 months to get my jeep repaired. I had to text and call constantly to find out the status. I asked when I took my car there if they would work with my extended warranty company and they said they would. It was only supposed to take a couple of weeks to fix my car, if I paid to have the part sent overnight. I agreed to pay for the overnight, but somehow the part never arrived. It was not a great experience and I would not take my vehicle here again.

The service department, from the manager to the techs seem to be incompetent and poorly trained in there profession! My 2025 Wagoneer has been 6x for the same issue, or a separate issue created by them while attempting to fix the original problem! Nobody is service seems to know what to do orv hope to resolve the issue! They really give Huston a black eye, because besides the service department, sales was a really good experience! The vehicle wasn't ready after they text and said it was done. Then after I got there to get it he said they forgot to check one of the things I took it in for. Then he said he would contact me In a couple days and advise if they would warranty my pads and rotors. That was 9 days ago. Haven't heard from anyone. Someone called about 4 days ago and asked how the experience was. I told her I would answer her after he got back w me from service. Still nothing. Not good customer service. Not pleased.
