GREAT DEAL FROM A GREAT COMPANY. SALES AND SERVICE BEST AROUND. WE USED THEM FOR REPAIRS ON OUR OLD VAN AND WHEN IT CAME TIME TO BUY A NEW ONE THEY HAD THE BEST DEALS.
I love these guys! I can shop and buy without worry. They always give the best deal possible without a lot of nonsense. They always keep tabs on me whether I am there for regular service or to purchase a new vehicle.
I recently purchased a Dodge Challenger and a Dodge 3500 Dually Truck. The challenger was purchased for personal use and the Dually Truck was purchased for work. We have been very satified with our purchases! The staff was very helpful. We have also had our vehicles serviced thru Wells and have been extremely happy.
Samantha, the service advisor, was very nice, but the rest of the story was far from satisfactory. I went there to get an estimate for a transmission problem and it was given an absolutely cost prohibitive pie in the sky estimate of over $6,000, which is nothing short of predatory while at the same time being given the hard sell by the sales team who magically join the conversation with no input for me trying to coerce me to buy a new car and offering me $400 for my 2019 charger, which even for parts is absolutely absurd. My husband kept getting spam emails from a Tony Wagner who apparently works there, along with some childish name-calling, and other nonsense. They need to stop emailing us, as we never contacted them in the first place.
I bought both of my last two vehicles there. When my transmission went out while I was out of town, I took it to a Chrysler dealership who replaced it with the remanufactured Chrysler transmission warrantied for 3 years 75,000 miles. Within weeks, it leaked out transmission fluid and I had it towed to you. I was told they didn't know if the tow would be covered or not depending on what was wrong. This dealer has very bad customer service and customer communication! My warranty has expired recently and I will never set foot back in this dealer!! Buyer be ware the service dept will keep your vehicle all day and then tell you they can’t do your warrant work because it’s “dirty” then charge you 200 bucks for a “diagnosis fee” when they did nothing for you.

I feel like the shop fees make it seem like a scam, and when I ask for a quote for something that means I want the total price. Not a made up price with extra fees added on. The manager did reduce this for me which was good, but I'm just not a fan of these added fees
