Pre occupied and was only interested in up sale me. Left me sitting way longer than I needed to be.

No communication unless I reached out. No urgency/empathy that I had no vehicle and did nothing for rental had to get from Corporate after contacting them. Less than 38000 miles on ~$50,0000 Dodge truck engine seized they could not tell me why. Dodge covered Engine replacement then I was told AC and Starter also needed replacement under my extended warranty, I’m sure that had nothing to do with yanking out an engine and replacing?!? Arturo was disgruntled, obnoxious and aggressive. Rob never returned my call. 178 for diagnosis and not credited to repair? Wells always credited diagnosis to repair so does jeep in Lake Whales so does Big T. Can't order the part ABS control module till March? Very disappointed and now im diving a unsafe car that has little or no resale value.

They told me I needed a new transmission for $12,000. I got a second opinion. Transmission was fine

Promised truck in 5 hours took 2 days because of a stuck bolt they put in last year . Really a big inconvenience for my work cost me an extra 1 1/2 days now have to work the weekend … not happy

Shauna has been completely disrespectful to me a 100% disabled veteran. She kicked me me out of the dealership after I had brought my 2015 ram bighorn in for repair of the airline suspension for the 2nd time because repairs were not done the 1st time. She chased me out to the parking lot and chewed me out for more than 30 minutes and tore up the reports that the technician delivered as we were standing there. And continued her rant. The lack of care for their customers, and also their promptness is basically non existent. This place will give you the run around until you are questioning your own thoughts.

They seldom get it right. Waiting nearly 10 days for recall exhaust part. Still no call from service department regarding same. Twice took my truck back for tailgate recall. Finally they correctly fixed it. Upon purchase of Ram pickup I had to eat $895 for a surround camera that would cost me $1,500 to have third party to install in our camper. Was never told that when building in house Ram 3500 pick up. Will never consider buying another vehicle from Houston’s.

This dealership does not respond to phone calls,’s or even emails. They had my car for over a month, and I had no communication. I actually had to go down to the dealership personally. I have been completely ignored by this dealership. And they scratched my car. I have called several times about this, including sending emails with the pictures. All went on answered.
