The price I was charged was higher than what I was quoted when I scheduled the oil change on line. The dealer also charged a Hazardous Materials of $8.00. If that is an actual cost of disposing of the oil it should be covered by the cost of the oil change & be quoted that way when the maintenance is scheduled.

Since Hustons took over from Wells it has gone downhill. Took 2 days to change a battery. I think that is unacceptable. This is our 3rd Ram truck in 6 years. So happy before we had to deal with Hustons. I think they have a problem in the shop.

14 days waiting for a diagnosis on my car. I never seen so many people in service with experience at one dealership. Had my car towed to Winter Haven Chrysler for repairs. Wasted 267.00 to get my car moved.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Ever since this dealership has changed ownership the service sucks. I have had an ongoing issue with my check engine light since March of last year. At that time my Jeep was throwing a code for a small EVAP leak. They ran several smoke tests and stated there was no leak. Finally after 3 trips to the dealership they determined I needed a new filler neck. I sold a van with low miles and in great shape to Huston on Friday, August 26. The finance manager was not working that day and would be back Monday so the salesperson agreed to get the check sent from the Avon Park dealership to the address in Lake Placid I requested as I was leaving town the next day. If I could give Service Dept and service writer Eduardo -1 rating, I would. Worst service experience ever! Tires were over inflated to a dangerous level! Said oil change deal was not available (clearly states on Mopar, that it is). Tried to sell unnecessary services. Lied about what time shuttle service was available.
Drove from lake wales to get service with deal 70$ for 3 oil changes got told Houston took over dealership they don’t take them deals anymore
On Saturday Feb. 6 th I had a check engine light come on on my 2015 chrysler. I took into this dealer who checked it out and told me that there was a thermostat problem. the service writer reset the light and told me that I would need to make an appointment to have the thermostat replaced.
