I took my vehicle in for a recall. Upon return of my vehicle there was a scratch on the driver side fender. Contacted them, sent in pictures and i still have not been called with an update.

There was no communication. Did not return phone calls. Took two weeks to complete the repair after two failed attempts earlier. Vehicle was dirty when we finally picked it up. Less tag 9,000 miles on vehicle and it has been in their shop for over 30 days. They really don’t care

Took my vehicle in for a clutch and fly wheel replacement on my jeep. It was 3500.00 with labor to complete. Picked up my jeep and it was still making noise. Took it back to the dealer , They blamed they after market clutch (had no choice to buy, they couldn’t get a factory clutch) and there was no adjustment possible and it was safe to drive even though it’s making a rotating noise with a slight grind. Spent 6000$ and didn’t solve the issue, got the truck back to our shop and found out we had back rockers and other issues. Cost us another 7k. Will not be returning and will steer business away from here.

I have taken my 2500 Ram diesel in 2 times and both encounters were worthless. Both times I asked for a complete inspection and what was needed with the associated mileage on the truck. The first time no one called and nothing was ever told to me or shown on the invoice other than the oil change. The second time, the exact same thing, however the new service writer claimed to have called by cell several times, however there was no indication of any call on my cell. Service dept not worth the visit have road hazard warranty got the run around about it got told they couldn’t verify warranty by vin I called selling dealer where I bought my truck and they pulled it up ended up paying out of pocket for tire repair when I have warranty I paid for won’t be back to this dealership

At age 84 I was obviously pre-qualified for false prognosis to the tune of $1,700.00 a repair proposal. It was a complete fabrication. When will we be able to punish these lying crooks in an appropriate manner?

I was quoted 2400 for fuel pump and cleaning tank. Ridiculous. I had everything done for 550 and my truck is running great. Smh
