BEING TOLD THAT THE SERVICE MANAGER COULD NOT TAKE A PHONE CALL DUE TO BEING ON A PERSONAL CALL, IS UNPROFESSIONAL. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING TO ALL EMPLOYEES. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR CROSS TRAINING IN EACH DEPARTMENT.

Every time I have had my vehicle at Huston weather for simple oil changes, recalls, etc, it is always a multiple hour endeavor. There have been times where I have had to call multiple times to see if my vehicle was ready yet only to find out they needed it over night but I was never informed of that, nor was I offered a loaner vehicle. Poor customer service, chose to contradict customer's explanation of the issue. After multiple poor experiences with this Jeep dealer, this will be my last visit to this dealer. Huston has made a poor investment!

When I went in for a oil change I knew I was going to have problems, me and this guy don't see eye to eye. He likes people who just take what he says as truth. I very specifically told him I only wanted the oil and filter change. He came in to the lobby holding my cabin air filter and engine airl filter which was a aftermarket K&N air filter. They tell you what’s wrong with your car and give an estimate to fix it but in 2 days the engine light comes on and I call to talk to service about it he was unavailable and never called me back so last week Friday I called them back to tell them my car want start like before they called themselves fixing it. Service guy says get it towed in her and I will refund you your money back. Told us he'd call in a couple of weeks when parts were in. Going on 4 weeks and no call. We'd also called 3 days ago and left a message. No return call!

Nice people and great service. However, the price gouging is outrageous. Because of this, I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealer. It’s true—they’re really nice to you as they completely rip you off.
