*****Update as of 12/20/18***** I had the chance to speak to Mr. David Gossett this afternoon. We had a very calm and logical conversation and he allowed me to express my concerns and offer insight on the situation. After explaining the situation Mr. Gossett has come to a reasonable solution to the major issues I encountered while dealing with this dealership. I commend Mr. Gossett and David Tripp on sitting down and talking to me, and working out what at least righted the wrongs I felt from this dealership. Thank you both... read more

I was sitting there pretty much an hour. There were 12-15 associates and managers I could clearly see. Of the names I could see from my seat (Rodney Huffman, Demario Greene, Marwin Jennings, Janice Miller, Tony Williams). All looked my way, yet not ONE spoke a single word or even gave a nodding gesture. And guess what?! For at least 30min I was the ONLY person in the waiting area!! The service department has been unprofessional for our past 2 visits. Both times they have not completed the services we requested. It is ridiculous that we buy a car from here and don't have a dependable means of getting routine maintenance performed. Not only are they incompetent but also show lack of concern over the fact that they have now screwed up 2 solid afternoons of our time. They have taken our money for the last time!

Let's start with saying that this was the good dealership. Not the case anymore. I called during the week to schedule an appointment to have the dash pulled to locate an intermittent short. I was told to bring my car here at 7 am Saturday morning. Brandon informed me on my arrival that they couldn't solve the problems for 2-3 weeks. Three times I explained the situation, and the car was unable to replicate the problem, so 6 hours later, he's wanting to push me out of the building with the oil change, without the standar... read more

I had a bad experience at this location the services department haven call us back and our car been up there three weeks and I am tied of paying a rental car fee..bad service......

Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I good friend bought an Infiniti and he had to basically do the service managers job. I recommend he call the General Manager and they have lacked the courtesy of returning his call. Very disappointing for a high end dealership.

We have purchased 6 new vehicles in the last 10 years from Gossett South. The treatment (or lack of)we received since test driving a Mazda last weekend is totally unacceptable. We will no longer do business with Gossett! Thankfully they aren’t the only Mazda dealer in the area! We will complete our purchase elsewhere on Saturday!!

I’m a first time buyer and this has been the worst experience! For starters your salesman doesn’t return your calls. Even when you email the business rep.,nothing! My call was finally returned after almost a week with an apology from a representative of Gossett Hyundai. I just wanted two questions answered. Now my drive out tags have expired and I can’t get to work!!!!!! What big car dealer takes more than a month to get you your tags? I told my husband not to turn into that car lot� Never again!

I went for an oil change. When I purchased my vehicle 1 Year ago, the service rep told me that I had to get a tire rotation with every oil change. This happened every time, until this one. So I asked the service rep to rotate my tires, as well. He comes back and tells me that I have a nail in my tire and they will sell me another for 402 dollars plus mounting and balance.
