I called the service department to get a quote on installing a sliding door motor for a Kia van. I was told it would have to be diagnosed for $140 which could be applied to the work if done. I said I know what needs to be done. He said they don’t do quotes on work that it has to be diagnosed. I said so if the “diagnosis” and subsequent estimate is too high for something that I already know is a problem then I would be stuck for the $140 fee. He said unfortunately that’s the policy. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in a dealership.

Honestly I have never been so disappointed in people in my life. We had to relocate due to the military and we left the best Infiniti dealership ever in Texas. I have a National maintenance warranty plan paid for on my lease and this dealership is choosing not to honor it. They could, but have taken it upon themselves not to. This use to be a dealership that I didn’t mind servicing my car because I knew it would be right and they want try to kill your pockets on purpose😊. The employees were really nice and would speak to everybody. But now we are just money coming in the door and fools that they have overcharged going out the door. They don’t even speak. I have been here since 7am and only one person has spoken😡. I had said that I would never come back after my last experience but I probably wouldn’t make it to Little Rock on a donut. Buyer Beware!! Crooks and Liars!!! The sales manager Chuck Micci will say anything to get your deposit from you to buy a car then when you show up at the dealership the deal he said he could absolutely get done all of sudden can't be done and it is out of his hands and the blame lies on his general manager or the wholesalers. The classic bait and switch!! Stay far far away from these guys!!!

Quality product. Horrible customer service. The relationship between the customer and consumer is not over once the car is purchased. it should be a pleasant experience as long as I own the product. I hope something is done to make this right!

It's a scam! You put people in the car that you want. You take advantage of people...especially women. In addition, I came in on March 5th, 2020 for my 1st free oil change. I was told my next oil change will be $59.95. I left. On March 11th 2020 my vehicle began to stall and the service engine soon light came on. I pulled over and checked my oil and there was none!!!! My car had NO OIL and my fluids have not been topped off. Needless to say that I am LIVID and I will be at your service department 1st thing this morning!!!!! ... read more

I asked what the down payment would be on a new kia soul, they essentially told me since I was paying on two other cars already they wouldnt take me as a customer no matter how much money i take down there.

I did get better service at the Mazda dealership on Winchester. They even checked my check engine light for free w/o me asking. I know they were hoping I would come to them to fix it but I really appreciated not having the extra charge.

Ms Bray, we were somewhat confused by your review, so we made a call to the service advisor at Gwatney Mazda on Winchester to check to see if you were having any issues with your vehicle. He did confirm you came in with the headlight problem there which Gwatney replaced. Our customer history does show that we did replace an airbag recall in 2016, as well as an oil change for you. I hope your vehicle is running perfectly and that we can serve you in the future.
