Don't know why I even try anymore. Went here to purchase a vehicle I saw on the website. Salesman was perfect. Showed me the vehicle and explained all the features. Curtis more than did his job. I explained to him what I was willing to pay and corresponding monthly payment which then he relayed my numbers to the sales manager. This took about 15-20 minutes. i own to kia's the the 2011 had a recall on the motor and the care did not give me a notice it just died. put the car in the shop in Memphis at kia on mt. moriah. I took my QX in for an appointment that I had scheduled weeks in advance. I asked for a loaner, which I got. When I arrived I waited 20 minutes in the area outside of Blake’s office for him to finish up with customer. When he came out to where I was he and I went over my issues with the car. I did not get the same experience Ms . Anya received. My first SUV and I have not had the pleasure of enjoying the luxury of this vehicle. I'm about to make my second payment and have not driven this truck 30 days. I should have received the same service that everyone else got that gave you a 5star rating. Worst decision I ever made was getting a car from here. PLEASE don't spend your money here!
Well after searching the internet for the exact car I wanted we made the 2.5 hour drive to Gossett in Memphis. I've had many car buying experiences and this was by far the worst. The facilities are filthy. After three hours of signing papers we had to ask for a bottle of water. They tried to charge us for a missing floor mat. I've never experienced the level of unprofessional behavior I did today. Ok I had to put a star in order to write this. I will re-evaluate after my ordeal is finished. Here's what has happened so far. On May 10 I took my car in for a noise problem. May 12 I paid for a new a/c compressor. It was put in on May 17. I picked it up on that day pulled out of parking lot and the exact problem was still there. We bought a used vehicle in March. In exactly 3 months we have owned it, it has had to go to the shop 3 times and we have spent over $2000 dollars fixing it. And now I have another problem I'm going to have to put it in the shop for. I understand it is used, but I have always bought used and never once had a problem. And the problems I'm fixing aren't normal wear and tear, they were evident when we bought it and it was covered up. Beyond irritated and WILL NEVER do business with them again.
Extremely poor sales experience when trying to purchase. Sales Manager was truly an awful person. Could have easily solved the problem, but only made it worse. Email the General Manager has not received a response over a week later. Parker Audi in Little Rock seized the opportunity and gained a new customer in the process.
